Sue Carter

Sue purchased and built our Riverside Haven as a sustainable community focused on your pets well being, and the planets. She is an avid animal lover, having raised and taken care of many dogs, cats, ferrets, horses, birds, ducks, hamsters, and guinea pigs. She is a Professor of Physics and Provost of Rachel Carson College, at the University of California Santa Cruz, but spends much of her time down at Riverside Haven.

Pete Lira

Pete is a 11-year Navy veteran where he served as military police and security expert before working in the service industry to provide security and hospitality. Pete is an animal lover and has taken loving care of both dogs and cats. In addition to assuring your pets stay safe and offered the best of care, he also can provide security services for your home.
